IB Middle Years Programme (MYP)

Private bilingual Secondary
in Valencia with the IB MYP.
The natural path to top universities.

The IB Middle Years Programme (MYP) is the educational framework that shapes our entire Secondary stage. Designed for students aged 12 to 16, it develops enquiry, open thinking, and conceptual understanding. Most importantly, it prepares students naturally for the IB Diploma Programme.

🌐
Enquiry and conceptual learning
Students do not just learn facts: they learn to connect them. The MYP develops the ability to enquire, argue, and build one's own understanding.
🤝
International mindset
Real global awareness, not rhetoric. More than 20 nationalities share our campus. The MYP uses that diversity as a genuine pedagogical tool.
🚀
Entrepreneurship and innovation
From Year 7 students take part in a real entrepreneurship programme: they identify opportunities, develop business plans, and bring projects to life.
📐
Continuous formative assessment
Progress is assessed on an ongoing basis, not only through exams. Constant feedback allows every student to advance at their real pace.

IB Diploma or Spanish Baccalaureate:
the key decision at the end
of Year 10.

At our private secondary school in Picassent, at age 15 or 16 each student chooses between the IB Diploma and the Spanish Baccalaureate. It is the most important decision of this stage. Our admissions and counselling team works with every student and their family throughout Years 9 and 10, so that the choice is informed, calm, and aligned with each student's profile and university goals.

Academic and personal profile assessment
Our admissions and counselling team reviews each student's academic history, strengths, interests, and university goals from Year 9 onwards.
